Joseph Kessler

Joseph Kessler, PMP, QCxP, is the Director of Quality and Commissioning for AMERS at Yondr Group, where they apply their extensive experience in managing complex systems and team dynamics. With 13 years in naval nuclear propulsion plant supervision, Joseph has a solid background in reactor plant maintenance, analytical chemistry, and program management. Previously, they served as a Mid-West Regional Commissioning Manager and held various roles in the US Navy, including Nuclear Instructor and Reactor Laboratory Leading Chief Petty Officer, where they developed training programs and led teams in operational excellence. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior College.
