Mark Avery

Mark Avery has extensive experience in the construction and project management industry. Mark is currently serving as the Vice President of Design and Construction for the APAC region at Yondr Group, where they are responsible for delivering multiple data center projects. Prior to this, Mark worked as the Executive Director of Building Services at Marina Bay Sands from 2020 to 2022. Mark also held the position of Executive Project Manager at Crown Resorts from 2015 to 2020 and at Hsin Chong/Tenman from 2013 to 2015. Mark has also served as Project Director at Laing O'Rourke Australia from 2011 to 2013 and Senior Project Manager (MEP) at Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd from 2006 to 2011. Before that, they held various roles at Meinhardt Management Asia Ltd, ISG Asia, Barclays Capital, and MKI Project Management, where they gained valuable experience in project management and directorship.

Mark Avery attended Kitson College of Technology in Leeds, where they focused on Building Services - Electrical. Prior to that, they also attended Temple Moor High School in Leeds. No degree information or specific years are provided for either institution.
