Paul Dillon

Paul Dillon is the current Global Head of Development at Yondr Group. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner and Co-Founder at Solidus Private Equity / Gemini Data Centers (St Stephen's Green Funds ICAV) from January 2014 to December 2019. There, they were responsible for optimising the asset values of prime industrial and logistics real estate, including data centres, throughout their entire lifecycle. Dillon has also worked as a Corporate Finance Lawyer at Matheson (formerly Matheson Ormsby Prentice) from June 2007 to December 2012 where they advised on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, restructurings and corporate governance matters.

Paul Dillon has a Project Management (P.Grad.Dip.) from Trinity College Dublin, an Executive Certificate in Real Estate Finance from the National University of Singapore, and an Executive Program from Singularity University. Paul also has a Master's Degree in Executive MBA Modules from NBS Alumni Affairs, NTU, and a Master's Degree in Masters in Asian Business (Full academic scholarship) from University College Cork. Additionally, they have a Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland, an LLB from the University of Galway, and a B. Corporate Law from the University of Galway. Paul is also certified by Bayfield Training in Real Estate Financial Modelling and by Singularity University in Executive Programme.
