Simon Chalmers

Simon Chalmers has a diverse work experience history. Simon most recently served as the Global Head of Security at the Yondr Group since 2022. Prior to that, Chalmers worked at Amazon Logistics as a Continuous Improvement Manager from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on developing innovative solutions and processes to improve productivity and efficiency. From 2015 to 2021, Chalmers worked at Shamal Solutions as a Military Advisor, providing program management and advisory services to the United Arab Emirates' Safety, Security, Defence, Emergency Management, and Crisis Preparedness sector. Before that, they held the role of Corporate Security Manager - EMEA at The Walt Disney Company from 2013 to 2015, where they implemented security policies and procedures across multiple countries. Chalmers also spent time at Barclays Retail and Business Bank as a Physical Security - Programme Manager and Head of Security India from 2012 to 2013, overseeing the development of physical security policies and incident response plans. Simon began their career in the military, serving as an Officer in the Army from 2003 to 2012, where they led personnel in training and operations globally.

Simon Chalmers attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Birmingham from 1999 to 2002.
