Caroline André has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in various companies. Caroline started their career as a Project Assistant at Southern Railway Limited, where they interned with the Project Delivery Team, specifically working on the implementation of a smartcard project.

Caroline then joined YOOBIC, where they held multiple marketing positions over the years. As a Marketing Executive, they contributed to Yoobic's mobile solution for Brands & Retailers, focusing on improving retail store communication and increasing revenue. Caroline then progressed to the role of Marketing Manager, where they played a key role in optimizing field data capture and analytics to enhance commercial operations and improve the shopping experience.

Currently, Caroline serves as the Senior Marketing Manager at YOOBIC, where they lead a team in empowering frontline workers through digitally optimized communication, training, and process management. Caroline also holds the position of Director of Demand Generation & Content Marketing, spearheading efforts to improve operational consistency, agility, and customer experience for over 350 global companies.

Caroline André obtained a two-year university diploma in Business Administration and Management from IUT GEA Poitiers in 2010-2012. Caroline then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from IAE de Poitiers from 2012-2013. After that, Caroline completed the first year of a Master's Degree in Business Strategy and Marketing from IAE de Poitiers in 2013-2016. Caroline also participated in an Erasmus Semester from April to August 2014 at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, focusing on BWL-Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Caroline obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in January 2019.
