Patrick Chiron

Patrick Chiron is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and digital transformation across various retail sectors. Currently serving as VP Customer Success EMEA and APAC at YOOBIC since June 2022, Patrick focuses on enhancing the working experience for frontline teams and advancing a digital-first approach through innovative SaaS solutions. Previous roles include Retail Intelligence Director at Douglas, where Patrick led successful omnichannel projects resulting in significant sales growth, Managing Director for Imaginarium in Russia, and Transformation & Omnichannel Director at Douglas, among others. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from EBS Paris and completed the European Development Program at Henley Business School.
