Tabata Polli has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Tabata started their career as an Information Technology Intern at Stefanini Brasil in 2007, where they provided IT helpdesk support and troubleshooting for end users. Tabata also gained experience in installing and configuring software and hardware.

Tabata then joined Prime IT Services in 2009 as an Information Technology Intern, where they worked on software and digital technology solutions for financial services. Tabata assisted in system migration and communicated with stakeholders to gather user requirements and solve business and technical problems.

In 2011, Tabata became an IT System Analyst at Prime IT Services, focusing on end-to-end software and digital technology solutions. Tabata was involved in the migration of a system and used their analytical skills to produce written documentations, analyze wireframes, and code programs.

From 2015 to 2018, Tabata worked as an IT Business Analyst at Stefanini Brasil, where they supported system migration and acted as a contact point between internal and external stakeholders. Tabata gathered requirements, modeled business processes, and translated complex business logic into technical specifications.

In 2020, they joined Universally Speaking as a Linguistic Quality Assurance Tester, primarily responsible for checking game content for linguistic accuracy and cultural rules. Tabata also performed functional testing for new features and reported bugs, proposing solutions. Tabata was also involved in translation work from English to Portuguese or vice versa.

In June 2020, they obtained the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf.
