Mark Loyman

Mark Loyman has extensive work experience in the field of algorithm engineering and project coordination. Mark currently works as an Algorithm Engineer at YOOM since June 2023. Before that, they were at Cherry Imaging for six years, starting in April 2017, where they held the role of Algorithm Lead. Prior to their time at Cherry Imaging, Mark worked for the Israeli Navy for eight years, starting in February 2010. During their time at the Navy, they held various roles including Project Coordinator and Engineer from July 2012 to February 2017, and System Architect and Integration Engineer from February 2010 to June 2012. Their role as a System Architect involved managing the development and integration of an interdisciplinary defense software system.

Mark Loyman holds a Master's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering, which they obtained from Tel Aviv University between 2014 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Mark also obtained a certification in the Development of Real-Time Systems from Coursera Course Certificates in September 2016.
