YCC was founded with two primary aims:

1. To create a positive social impact. We achieve this by delivering high-quality consultancy services on a pro bono basis. By leveraging our network of industry experts and alumni we use research and deep analysis to provide tangible outcomes that help clients gain insight into how they can operate better and grow.

2. To provide students with the opportunity to develop themselves. We achieve this through training and mentorship by creating an environment for students to develop new skills and build professional networks. We have a proven track record of improving employability skills and building on career prospects.
