Jake Powers

Jake Powers is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, human resources, and veteran services. Currently a B2E York Consultant at York Solutions, LLC since August 2018, Jake contributes to the Barriers to Entry program designed to prepare individuals for project coordinator and management roles. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at Express Scripts and a Human Resources specialist at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, where Jake led initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement. Additional roles at the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Wisconsin Army National Guard further highlight expertise in data analysis, administrative support, and operational execution. Jake holds a Master of Science in Security Technologies from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from St. Norbert College.
