We buy and build great businesses for the long-term.

Advantage
We will act as your partner and bring our combined 20+ years of investing, operations, strategy and board experience. We serve as an alternative to selling to traditional private equity or a competitor

Strategy
Our long-term strategy is to build scale in attractive sectors and add value to our acquisitions by enabling management to spend more time doing what they do best

Targets
We like family-owned, essential businesses with leadership keen to partner with us, strong customer retention and profit resilience in markets with localised presence and opportunities for further consolidation

Approach
We acquire a majority stake in your company and can be incredibly flexible to meet your transaction structure needs. We want management teams to participate in future upside alongside of us
