Matthew Warner has worked in a variety of roles and industries over the past 15 years. In 2006, they began their career as a Technology Systems Engineer (Co-op) at GE. Matthew then joined the Edison Engineering Development Program, where they received training in engineering, business, and lean product development, as well as advanced courses in engineering, Black Belt Six Sigma training, IMPACT, and Foundations of Leadership training. In 2007, they became a Program Manager at GE, managing product teams in 'New Product Introduction' and executing $300M in annual program revenues. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Steelcase as a Product Lead and Senior Product Engineer, leading an innovation team and delivering MVP products in digital transformation strategy. In 2014, they founded Cherry Hill Properties. In 2015, they became Co-Founder and Head of Product at Yote Social, where they were building a map centric experience marketplace for group social activities and solving unwanted isolation. In 2021, they began working at Ford Motor Company as a Senior Product Manager and in 2022, they began working at Google as a Product Manager.
Matthew Warner obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University between 2002 and 2007. In 2009, they earned a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from GE. Matthew is also certified in Agile Product Development from the Scrum Alliance. Currently, they are enrolled in Harvard Business School Online's Disruptive Strategy program.
