Imanuela E. is an IT Business Leader and AI enthusiast currently serving as the Head of Systems Operations at Yoto. Previously, Imanuela managed a team of 8 infrastructure engineers at Ocado Technology, ensuring the smooth operation of over 2500 applications and improving service levels through effective incident management.
