Nick Everett has extensive experience in customer success and account management roles. Nick is currently the VP of Customer Success at Yotpo, where they lead the Customer Success group in North America. Prior to Yotpo, Nick worked at Pavilion as an Executive Member. Before that, they held various leadership positions at Yext, including VP of Client Success for the Commercial Business and Director of Client Success for Partnerships. Nick also has experience at Signpost, where they served as a Manager of Partner & Enterprise Account Management and a Team Lead for Mid-Market Account Management. Overall, Nick has a strong background in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth in various customer segments.
Nick Everett received a Bachelor's Degree in the field of study of Brian Lamb School of Communication from Purdue University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010.
