Nir Ilan

Nir Ilan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and technical management. Currently serving as Director of Support at Yotpo since March 2020, Nir oversees the SMB support team and leads a group of 40 individuals across four teams, contributing to product decisions and strategy improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior to Yotpo, Nir worked at RSA Security where leadership roles included Senior Support Team Leader, responsible for global customer communications and service metrics, and Support Team Leader managing online fraud analysts. Nir's foundational experiences include positions in telemarketing, military intelligence, and a strong educational background with dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Communication and Media Studies from Tel Aviv University.
