Currently, Simon serves as Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at You Agency since October 2013, where the agency is recognized for its commitment to excellence. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of Account Director at GForces from February 2012 to October 2013. Simon also spent over a decade as Head of Marketing at Citygate Automotive Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing all on and offline communications strategies and managing a twenty-seat contact center.
