Dani Lindsey

Dani Lindsey, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at You.com since December 2024 and as a People Operations Leader at StartupExperts, also since October 2024. Lindsey is an Advisor for Paul Davis Restoration of Central San Diego County and AdvisoryCloud, positions held since February 2022 and September 2021, respectively. Previously, Lindsey was the Head of People Operations at Sendlane from April 2023 to December 2024 and the Head of People and Talent at Deliverr Inc. from August 2018 to April 2023, contributing to the company's acquisition by Shopify. Earlier roles include VP of People Operations at Aha! and Director of Human Resources at Sure Power Consulting. The career began as a Human Resources Specialist at Facebook from September 2011 to February 2014. Dani holds an MBA from the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University and a BBA from San Diego State University.
