Frederick Tsien

Frederick Tsien specializes in providing high technology legal services and has over 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley. They have served as Acting General Counsel for Actra, a joint venture between GE Information Services and Netscape, and held various roles including Outside Counsel for notable companies such as Netscape, Cisco, and Infoblox. Currently, Frederick is the Principal at their own law firm and provides counsel to numerous emerging growth companies, focusing on transactional work and corporate partnering transactions. They are pursuing an AB at Vassar and a JD & MBA at Syracuse University.
