Mitch Harris is a seasoned professional in Customer Success, currently serving as a Customer Success Architect at You.com since August 2025. Previously, Mitch held the position of Head of Customer Success at Graft, where foundational Customer Success and Support functions were established during the company's early growth phase. As Vice President of Customer Success at Outlier AI, a focus on retention and scalable processes was key during a high-growth period. Mitch's extensive background includes leadership roles at SparkPost, where comprehensive management of customer-facing teams was executed across a global business, and significant contributions were made in enhancing onboarding processes for thousands of customers. Mitch holds a BEng(Hons) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
