Nigel Grainge

Nigel Grainge is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. As the Co-founder and Chief Curator of Tunesmap since 2009, Nigel has played a critical role in developing a web resource that integrates visual cultural assets with social networking and commerce, set to launch in 2016. In addition, Nigel serves as a consultant for YouBloom, contributing to seminars in LA and Dublin since 2009. Previously, Nigel was the Owner and President of Ensign Records from 1976 to 1995, where Nigel signed notable artists like the Boomtown Rats and Sinead O'Connor. Earlier in their career, Nigel was the A&R Director at Phonogram London from 1970 to 1976, responsible for signing influential bands such as Thin Lizzy and 10cc. Nigel's education includes formative years at Coldfall Primary and Christ's College in Finchley.
