Daniel Globa

Daniel Globa has over 20 years of work experience in various legal roles. Daniel started their career as the Head of the Legal Department at the Consumer Rights Union in the City of Kyiv, where they drafted letters, inquiries, and complaints on behalf of consumers. Daniel then worked as an Attorney at Law at the law firm "SТV" where they provided legal support to customers in various fields of law.

After that, they joined the State Court Administration of Ukraine as the Deputy Director of Human Resources and later became the Head of the Department for the Support of the Qualification Commission of Judges. In these roles, they managed the HR of the courts of Kyiv, prepared personal files for judge candidates, and provided staffing and training courses in courts.

Daniel then worked at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as a Senior Specialist of the Public Appeals Department, where they responded to citizen appeals, prepared analytical reports, and organized public meetings.

Daniel later joined the Ministry of Education and Sciences of Ukraine as the Head of the Department of Legislative Drafting and Interaction with the Parliament. In this role, they drafted and analyzed bills, interacted with parliamentary committees and executive bodies, and managed the current legal work.

Daniel also worked at the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine as the Head of the Second Trial Chamber Department, where they supervised trial proceedings and participated in various court bodies' work.

Prior to their current role, they worked at the Federation of Metallurgical Industry of Ukraine as the Deputy Director General for Legal Affairs. In this position, they drafted, analyzed, and monitored bills related to social and economic relations in the mining industry, participated in collective bargaining, and signed collective agreements.

Daniel Globa has a diverse education history. Daniel obtained a Master's Degree in Foreign Policy from the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, MFA of Ukraine from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned another Master's Degree in Law from the National Academy of Management between 2003 and 2005. Their undergraduate education took place at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, where they received an LLM in Commercial Law from 1997 to 2002. Besides these formal degrees, Daniel also holds an Attorney's Certificate, although specific information regarding its institution and date of acquisition is not provided.
