David Lucas

David Lucas is currently the Head of Sport UK at YouGov, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they worked as a Market Research Consultant from 2021 to 2024. David's extensive experience includes positions such as Group Account Director at ACNielsen New Zealand from 1999 to 2002, and Senior Director of International Media at Ipsos MORI between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, they were the Head of International Federations at Nielsen from 2017 to 2020 and served as the Head of Research & Insight for both the Rio 2016 and London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. David earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, Marketing from the University of Westminster from 1981 to 1984.
