James Agar

James Agar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, primarily within the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Group Financial Planning and Analysis at YouGov, James has been instrumental in establishing the Group FP&A function and enhancing reporting and forecasting through advanced EPM tools and PowerBI. Previous roles include Global Head of Finance Operations at YouGov, where James built a shared service center and expanded team capabilities, and various leadership positions at Centrica, including Global Process Owner for Planning and Performance Management. James holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and a BA in Management and Business Administration from the University of Reading.
