YouMail PS works with enterprise to protect business identity through solutions that identify, mitigate, and deter communications that threaten brand reputation and consumer trust. YouMail PS data is sourced primarily through YouMail’s proprietary Sensor Network, which is enabled via the YouMail‘s smartphone-based app that provides secondary call treatment (voicemail) protecting millions of registered U.S. consumer accounts against unwanted communications. YouMail PS engages in real-time data collection from the Sensor Network with processing methods that leverage artificial intelligence and content analytics to identify robocall audio while preserving the privacy of legitimate communications. YouMail augments AI with human intelligence to discriminate legal versus unlawful robocalls and to categorize and score the latter. YouMail utilizes patented audio fingerprinting and machine learning to identify previously detected and/or similar robocall campaigns.
