Dora Khiev

Dora Khiev has worked as a software engineer since 2013. Dora began their career as an IT Officer at the Phnom Penh Institute of Technology, where they oversaw web application development and database design. In 2014, they moved to Sompom Digital Agency as an Android Software Engineer, where they were responsible for Android mobile development, animation, data structure, and logic. In 2016, they became an Android Software Engineer (Freelance) for the REASEI Team, where they managed database persistence, caching, and memory management functionality. In 2017, they joined Phunware, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they designed and built advanced applications for the Android platform. Most recently, in 2020, they joined both YouMail, Inc. as a Senior Android Developer and Montek Systems as an Android Software Engineer, where they led, designed, and implemented a fully functional First American DataTree Android application.

Dora Khiev has a comprehensive education history. Dora obtained their High School Diploma from Bak Touk High School between 2007 and 2010. Dora then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Royal University of Phnom Penh between 2010 and 2014. Finally, they completed their Master's degree in Computer Science at Maharishi International University between 2016 and 2020.
