Tom Saftig

Tom Saftig has been providing part-time CFO services since 2001 for early stage high growth technology companies in San Diego and Orange County. He has assisted companies with angel and venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic and operational organization. In the past several years the companies he’s worked with have raised over $40 million of venture financing $13.5 million of angel investment, and either obtained or restructured $5 million of debt/lease financing. His focus is on recurring revenue companies and customer life cycle analysis. He has an MBA from U.C.L.A.’s Anderson School of Management and a BA from Stanford University.
