The Young Business Showcase is a national platform where young people aged 7–17 launch real businesses, sell to real customers and earn their own money.

We run live marketplace events in town centres and community spaces across the UK. Young entrepreneurs plan, set up, sell and learn through direct experience. Events are delivered by Local Champions, supported by shared tools, safeguarding and operations.

Since 2018, thousands of young people have launched at our events. We see the same pattern every time. Skills grow fastest through action, not theory. Selling to real customers builds confidence, financial literacy, communication and resilience. These are the skills critical for work, enterprise and life, especially as automation and AI reshape the economy.

Our focus is national scale, giving thousands more young people early exposure to this experience.

The goal?
10,000 young entrepreneurs launching real businesses by 2028.
