Tracey Taper

Tracey Taper has over 35 years experience designing and deploying inclusive training programs to empower and mobilize youth and adults into prosperity. As Director of Youth Development Services, Re-Entry and Special Initiatives she takes an equity approach to service delivery, advocating for the development of programs that support individuals along their entire lifetime from Cradle to Career and beyond. A core aspect of her work includes implementation of elimination of bias and violence prevention strategies across all programs and services.
