Andrew Moreman

Andy Moreman is a seasoned professional in youth and community services with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Young Devon since September 2017, Andy is dedicated to improving the lives of young people in the South West of England. In addition to this role, Andy is a Social Mobility Commissioner for the South West Social Mobility Commission, focusing on enhancing educational and employment outcomes for disadvantaged youth. As Chair of the South West Grants Panel for BBC Children in Need since May 2023, Andy collaborates with various local charities to foster community development. Previous positions include Chief Executive at CPO, Managing Director at Young Lambeth Coop, and various management roles within county councils. Andy holds a BA (HONS) in Youth and Community Work & Applied Theology from Oxford Brookes University.
