Ros Arscott is the Service Director for Youth Work and Wellbeing at Young Devon, where they oversee various Early Help and crisis prevention services across Devon, Torbay, and Plymouth. They have been a dedicated member of Young Devon since 1998 and served as the Head of Service for Information Advice and Rights from 1999 to 2025. In addition to their role at Young Devon, Ros is a trustee for Youth Access and is currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Health and Community Studies with a focus on Youth Work at the University of the West of England.
