Vince Flower is an experienced leader in the tourism and education sectors, currently serving as Chair of Visit Devon, Young Devon, and the Torquay Town Deal Board. With a focus on economic growth and community development, Vince has held significant roles such as Chair of Governors at Torquay Academy and Non-Executive Director at the Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership. Previously, Vince was Managing Director at Shearings Holidays, overseeing operations for nearly three decades. Educational qualifications include a Governance Leaders Programme and various business management diplomas from Exeter College and Plymouth Polytechnic.
