Ali Smith has over a decade of experience in leadership and coordination roles, currently serving as the YoungLives Coordinator for Young Life since June 2015, where responsibilities include developing programs for teen moms and managing fundraising efforts. Since November 2013, Ali has also worked as an Executive Assistant at Mid-Con Energy. Previous experience includes leading Young Life initiatives at Clements High School and Ridge Point High School from July 2009 to May 2013. Ali holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2008.
