Derek Ritchie

Derek Ritchie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and campaign management. Currently serving as Senior Campaign Director at Young Life since January 2015, Ritchie plays a vital role in promoting the organization's mission of bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ to adolescents. Prior to this position, Ritchie held the role of VP for Investor Relations at Streamline Mortgage Resolutions LLC from October 2013 to January 2015, and served as VP of Development at Eastern University for over 17 years, where responsibilities included resource development and staff management. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Marketing at Sport Camps Incorporated from 1990 to 1996. Ritchie holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Eastern University, as well as participation in the Scott Carson Seminar.
