Michael Redding has extensive experience in leadership and community engagement, currently serving as Associate Regional Director, Metro Director, and Area Director at Young Life since August 2010. Michael played a key role in establishing Noblesville Young Life and collaborates with a diverse range of stakeholders, including adults, donors, high school students, parents, college leaders, and various community systems. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Professional Painter at Professional Colors Painting in early 2008. Michael holds a Master of Theology in Theology/Theological Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Purdue University.
