Will Schuler is an accomplished entrepreneur with diverse leadership experience. As the Owner and CEO of Will Power Excavation since November 2018, Will has successfully managed operations while also serving as a Member of YPO since June 2023 and as a Board Member for EO Indianapolis until July 2025. In addition to business endeavors, Will is actively involved as a Leader with Young Life since August 2022 and contributes as a Helicopter Pilot at Freedom Helicopters since January 2021. Furthermore, Will has taken on the role of Farmer at Will Power Farms starting in 2023.
