About YPG Mongolia

YPG Mongolia is a non-profit, youth-led organisation committed to empowering emerging professionals across Mongolia. As the Mongolian chapter of the global Young Professionals’ Group network (founded in 2000 in the United States), our mission is to cultivate the next generation of leaders through mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities.

Our Focus

• We offer mentorship programmes that connect young professionals (typically under 30) with experienced leaders across fields such as economics, law, media, health, logistics, and NGOs.
• We inspire participants to realise their full potential and pursue meaningful professional and personal goals.
• We build a diverse and inclusive network of mentors and mentees from all walks of life to expand opportunities and perspectives.
• All programmes are offered free of charge, ensuring accessibility for talented young professionals across Mongolia.
