The "young urban professionals" is a young organization made possible through the association of old-timers and experts in their fields. The idea started in 1990 as an informal strategic cooperation amongst the associates. As the group interacted and worked in togtherness, the need to be incorporated was made clearer. 

Established in 1999, the Y.U.P. is a Lebanese owned company providing Training and Consulting Services in Lebanon and the Middle East region.
