Melanie Joubert

Melanie Joubert is the owner of Joubert Consulting and serves as the Chief Financial Officer at YOUNG. With over a decade of international management experience, Melanie has expertise in providing high-level financial strategy, CFO services, and business consulting to growing companies. Previously, Melanie held roles at the Otto Group, AbacusBio, and co-founded the health and beauty brand Sweet Rumour Amsterdam. Melanie completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Otago and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce with a major in Finance and Accounting from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration.
