Clive Chang is currently the President of YoungArts, an organization that identifies exceptional young artists. Prior to this, Clive has held various positions in companies such as Disney Theatrical Group, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and Columbia University. Clive holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MFA from New York University, and two Bachelor's degrees from McGill University.

YoungArts was established in 1981 by Lin and Ted Arison to identify exceptional young artists, amplify their potential, and invest in their lifelong creative freedom. Entrance into this prestigious organization starts with a highly competitive application process for talented artists ages 15–18, or grades 10–12 in the United States.
