Ryan Newell

Ryan Newell is a neutral focused on helping lawyers and their clients efficiently resolve disputes, particularly in complex commercial matters. After spending much of their career litigating in Delaware courts as an attorney at Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP and Connolly Gallagher LLP, Ryan transitioned to dispute resolution and now serves as the managing member of Newell Dispute Resolution. Currently, as a partner at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, Ryan represents clients in corporate and commercial litigation, while also advising on Delaware corporate governance. Ryan holds a J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law and a B.A. in Management from the University of Notre Dame.
