Michael Pearson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the fields of photochromic technologies and process engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Photochromic Technologies at Younger Optics since April 2016, Michael has a strong background in process optimization and continuous improvement, demonstrated during a tenure as Process Manager at Amway and as an Air Quality Engineer at Envera Consulting. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UC Irvine. Additionally, Michael received the Outstanding Leader Award while working as a Supplemental Instructor for Chemistry at North Orange County Community College District.
