Matt Nelson currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at YoungMinds, responsible for developing and implementing innovative People strategies that align with organizational objectives and foster a culture of growth. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at LUSH, including People Services Lead, where guidance was provided to over 4,000 employees and complex employee relations cases were managed. Earlier roles at LUSH included Retail Store Manager, Regional Visual Merchandiser, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Sales Assistant, demonstrating a strong foundation in retail operations and team leadership. Matt is currently pursuing a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management through ICS Learn.
