Benjamin Thatcher

Software Test QA at Younique

Benjamin Thatcher has a diverse work experience. Benjamin first worked as an Educator at San Juan School District from August 2012 to May 2013, and later at Davis School District from August 2013 to May 2014. Benjamin then worked as a Delivery Driver at Pizza Hut from March 2015 to June 2017. In September 2016, they joined 1800Agile.com as a QA Tester for Younique Products, where they performed feature testing, debugging, and coordinated testing with offshore teams. Benjamin continued working with Younique Products, this time as a Software Test QA, starting in June 2017. In this role, they conducted functional software testing, test environment management, and provided support to developers by troubleshooting and sharing knowledge.

Benjamin Thatcher's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled in Utah State University. Benjamin pursued a degree in Engineering and Technology Education, graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. In 2014, Thatcher attended Davis Technical College, where they completed a program in Industrial Automation. The following year, in 2015, they returned to Davis Technical College to pursue a degree in IT Software Development, focusing on Computer Software Engineering.

In addition to their academic achievements, Thatcher has obtained two certifications. In December 2015, they received the CompTIA Project+ certification from CompTIA. Four months prior, in April 2015, they also obtained a CompTIA IT Fundamentals certification.
