Diego Dotta

Diego Dotta has been in the technology industry since 1998. Diego began their career as a Designer and Founder at Trilha Digital Web Agency. In 2002, they moved on to Ilog Tecnologia as a UI Designer and Front End Developer. In 2007, they joined TOTVS as a UX Designer and Full Stack Developer. In 2008, they became a Project Manager and Lead UX Designer at Sábios Inovação, where they helped 90,000 people improve their occupational health. Since 2015, they have served as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Youper, a company dedicated to making mental health care accessible for everyone.

Diego Dotta obtained a Bachelor in Advertisement and Graphic Design from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina between 2000 and 2003. In 2013, they completed a Specialist in User Experience Design from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, focusing on Serious Games and User Behavior. In 2017, they completed the Startup School Founder Track from Startup School by YC, with the focus of SUS17 - Inaugural Startup School by YCombinator. In 2019, they obtained an Executive Data Science Specialization from John Hopkins University. In 2020, they completed a Specialization in Business Statistics from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs and a course in Organizational Leadership from Stanford Continuing Studies.
