Each of our coaches has a first-class and well-founded profile. This makes us what we are: a team with the values 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 and 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. Our coaches have a solid foothold in business. As part of their complementary work as coaches, they combine their 𝐩𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 and 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞.

For us, being a coach means being present, listening, building trust and supporting you 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬!

Our team works consistently according to the 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝, a coaching method recognized by the German Federal Coaching Association (DBVC). It ensures that we can support you sustainably in change processes.

We have made it our task to train ourselves as a team but also individually and to exchange ideas with like-minded and other coaches. Frequent topics and questions are:
