Since 2014, Your Distance Assistance has been providing specialised Virtual Business Support, Executive Support, Project Management, and Board & Association Management services to businesses, executives, professionals, and organisations in Greece and internationally.

We support CEOs, entrepreneurs, leadership teams, non-profit organisations, and educational institutions that need more than administrative assistance. They need a trusted business partner who brings structure to operations, streamlines processes, coordinates projects, ensures consistent execution, and contributes to the smooth and efficient running of their organisation.

Our services include Office & Operations Management, Business Communication, Board & Association Support, Conference and Event Management, Training Programme Coordination, and the delivery of complex projects requiring accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Alongside our business support services, we are committed to advancing the management support profession through training, mentoring, and professional development for Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Administrative Assistants, and Virtual Assistants. Our mission is to strengthen their role as strategic business partners who contribute to organisational effectiveness, productivity, and sustainable growth.

With more than a decade of experience, a strong corporate mindset, and a deep understanding of executive and organisational needs, we deliver tailored solutions that reflect each client's unique goals and challenges. We work with professionalism, integrity, discretion, and consistency, building trusted, long-term partnerships based on reliability, accountability, and measurable value.
