About Us
Your Financial Wellbeing is more than just a debt guidance service, we are a Social Enterprise with a soul. We genuinely want to make a difference to the lives of people that we help. We want to change the way debt guidance is provided to people, by being mindful of the impact financial stress can cause.
We understand how money worries can affect mental, physical, and social wellbeing. Anxiety, strained relationships, and day-to-day health can suffer when finances feel overwhelming.
Our mission is to help people to reduce the stress caused by money worries, contribute to improve debt advice services, and to build a supportive community built on kindness.
What we do (three pillars)
1) Debt Guidance
Trauma-informed, plain-English debt guidance that helps people feel calmer, clearer, and more in control, with support to take the next steps.
2) Workshops and Learning
Training for advice agencies on trauma-informed financial wellbeing practice, helping teams improve engagement, communication, and client outcomes.
3) Tech for Good
We design ethical tech that helps advice services work better and help people sooner. Our tools reduce admin, improve triage, and make it easier for people to access support, while keeping human advisers central and protecting privacy, and choice.
