Your Horsham is a small dedicated team committed to enlivening, sustaining, and futureproofing the market town centre of Horsham, West Sussex.

We support and encourage over 340 businesses across a wide range of sectors throughout Horsham Town Centre. Our team has come together to communicate with the business community over the next five years, and collaborate on a yearly programme of activities to help drive Horsham forward as a thriving, vibrant market town.

Our mission is simple: to make Horsham an even better place to live, work, and shop.

Voted into duty in 2023, we officially launched in April 2024 and have since begun to develop a programme of events, initiatives, and targeted support: all shaped by the needs of BID businesses within our boundary.

📣 Current Highlights:

- Employ Welcome Ambassadors as the direct conduit between our office team and local businesses. They bring us insight, concerns and feedback from our BID levy payers and members of the public.
- We've launched a series of subsidised training courses tailored to business needs. As well as this, various networking events to provide a platform of discussion and collaboration between buisnesses.
- Hosted Late-Night Shopping in collaboration with the Christmas Launch Party in 2024. Then again in 2025; which saw over 11,000 visitors to the event.
- Engaged with relevant bodies to discuss and escalate environmental matters and any areas of concern raised by businesses.
- Developed a network of support to aid in staff retention formally launched as, Business to Business Discount Scheme, providing various town-wide bonuses to the hard working staff in Horsham Businesses.
- Progressed work on waste reduction schemes to support improvements to the town centre.
- Supported and promoted the launch of Horsham's first Tap & Vine Takeover weekend which brought together local venues and producers.
