Your Next Expert is a boutique headhunting agency that finds and places expert sales talent into energy and grid software companies.

Not generalists.

Specialists in one thing: placing proven commercial talent into energy and grid tech companies selling complex solutions to utilities, grid operators, energy retailers, IPPs, developers, and large C&I.

If you’re building or scaling a commercial team in:

• DERMS / VPP / Flexibility
• Smart Grid / Grid Optimisation
• Energy Trading / Market Optimisation
• Utility & Asset Infrastructure SaaS
• EMS

…we already know your market, your buyers, and the people that close deals in this space.

We place:

• Enterprise Sales (ICs & Leaders)
• Business Development
• Technical Sales & Sales Engineers
• GTM Leaders

Proven operators who close $100k-$10M+ deals in complex energy markets and convert technical complexity into commercial outcomes.

We don’t “source candidates”.

We map markets, approach proven performers, and deliver people who already sell into your exact customer base.

Selling complex energy software is hard. We place senior commercial leaders who deliver from day one.

How we work:

• Engaged search for critical hires
• Contingent
• Embedded / multi-hire support when scaling teams

The outcome:

3–5 qualified, proven, plug and play candidates, delivered in 21 days.
