I have 2 roles depending on what clients may need - Career/Business Coach and a Counsellor. 

I am a passionate coach who elevates individuals in a supportive and structured way so they can achieve their potential, whether it is within their career, business or both.
I work with people who want to change their career or work life. This may mean a complete change of direction, a first job for a graduate, or progression within your field after years of feeling passed over for promotion. I also work with business owners to provide them with clear thinking time, a trusted mentor and the motivation they need at any stage of the business. 
I am passionate about supporting individuals who want to go after that great work/life balance and having that job which works for them and supporting them every step of the way, whether it is working for themselves or getting that promotion within an organisation.

I am also a qualified Counsellor who supports individuals, where you can talk freely and with the support, help you find the right solutions for you. Everything is done confidentially, at the right pace for you all in a safe space. All areas which I can support you with, but not exclusively, may include anxiety, low-level mood, stress, low self-esteem, confidence, and loss and grief.

I work for organisations as well as working privately under Your Time Coaching Ltd.
